What a lovely experience with a truly lovely person. A dear friend gave me a session with Bec as a birthday present. I had told her I was struggling with my change in shape with age, and really needed some help, and she brought me Bec! Bec comes with a calming and accepting presence, and immediately lets you feel at ease. She took one look at the scraps I'd pulled from my wardrobe and began to create... It was difficult to imagine what one is meant to achieve in a single session, but Bec went beyond. The next day I strutted out with greater confidence in a compilation that Bec helped to conceive. For anyone getting to the stage where ageing is starting to look like an insurmountable wall, please invite Bec into your home, and life. Aside from her creativity, she brings an affirmation and understanding that everyone needs - she 'gets you' because she is like you. I got so much out of my Style Starter Session with Bec. I'm not someone who is really into fashion, but I wanted to understand how to make my wardrobe work better for me. The colour analysis was such an eye-opener and has changed the way I look at my clothes and opened me up to a whole new world of options. Understanding my body shape and type and why certain clothes work on me and others look plain wrong, takes the guess work out of shopping and will make the process so much less painful going forward. Already there have been 'aha!' moments.

Bec is warm and open, and put me at ease from the very start. She's passionate about what she does and why, and it translates into the session. This is about so much more than clothes - it's about expressing ourselves in the best way possible and going forward feeling comfortable, confident and aligned.

I recently had a ‘shop and style’ session with Bec Lenthall, and honestly, it exceeded expectations.

What surprised me most was how stress-free and nurturing the whole experience felt — and how much fun I had. I didn’t feel overwhelmed (which I usually do when shopping for workwear). It was just considered, supportive and easy.

Bec’s process was incredibly assuring, and she truly understood my personal style. I didn’t walk away feeling like I was stepping into her aesthetic, but rather that she got mine — and simply helped refine it in a way that feels both elevated and completely wearable for my work life.

It was efficient, too. She’d done a pre-shop ahead of time and had change rooms ready to go when I arrived, which made the whole session feel seamless and focused. And on the day, she was super adaptable — when something didn’t feel right, or I wanted to explore a different direction, she shifted effortlessly and with enthusiasm.

I can’t wait to have her over tomorrow to help me mix and match my new pieces with my existing wardrobe — all part of her ‘shop and style’ service.
